ONZO connects customers with independent, screened service professionals in the Phoenix area. Service professionals are independent businesses and are not employees of ONZO Home Services.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking creates a request, not a guaranteed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you. Appointment times shown are based on schedules configured by providers and may change until confirmed.
Pricing and quotes
Where a starting price is shown, it is an estimate based on approved pricing. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Where no price is shown, you will receive a quote for approval.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate project details, ensure safe access to the work area, and have any items to be installed or assembled on site unless otherwise agreed.
Limitations
Some work requires a licensed contractor under Arizona law. Such work is outside standard bookings and is handled by referral only. See our Service Limitations for details.
